World Wellness Weekend is a not-for-profit event now at its 9^th edition, that celebrates wellness and healthy lifestyles in 160 countries and more than 8 thousand wellness locations. It takes place each year at the end of September, right when we all feel it is the time of a new beginning after the Summer holidays.

At Fonteverde, wellness of body and spirit has always been at the heart of our activities, our projects and our philosophy.

That’s why we’ll be taking part in World Wellness Weekend too on the 19, 20 and 21 of September, opening our doors to wellbeing lovers with free wellness experiences to be booked in advance.

On Friday, from 10 am to 7 pm, guests can follow the Thermal Water Ritual, during which our medical hydrologist will reveal all the health-giving properties of our thermal water, which you can sample and try for yourself. On Saturday take part in the Fitness Walk at the thermal springs with our personal trainer, starting at 10.30 am from our spa reception. On Sunday you can try the Acqua Relax with stretching in thermal water from 10 am to 1 pm.

This is our way of contributing to people’s wellbeing and helping them make their lifestyle healthier and more mindful.
